Rev Scott McInnes ( Minister)

Scott became minister at Stirling North in October 2016. This is his first charge but prior to coming to Stirling he served for 9 months as a Locum Minister at Bargeddie Parish Church in Lanarkshire, and before that 18 months as a Probationary Minister at Burnside Blairbeth Parish Church in Glasgow. Before training for ministry Scott worked as a Chemical & Process Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry. He is married to Alison and has two children, Sam and Emily.
Scott appreciates the congregation’s willingness to try a range of approaches in ministry and mission and is always eager to share the Good News of Jesus in our community.

Rev Gordon Mathew (retired minister)

Gordon and his wife Lorna are both originally Falkirk “bairns”. Gordon went to Larbert High School and Glasgow University, but that is ancient history!

He served as a minister in five very different charges: in Penicuik, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Clackmannan and Buckie (from which he took early retirement in 2011).

He enjoys keeping in touch with friends in different parts of the country. Their three grown-up children and family are all in Glasgow.
